Some restoration is automatically included with our scanning services. Old photos that have yellowed are corrected for fading, while more recent snapshots are corrected for color. Here’s an example of a 1906 photo of a little girl. No one knew who she was until the yellow, faded image was corrected … and suddenly the family had a new picture of great-grandma.

   

More extensive restoration is available depending on the individual project. The picture below was crusted with dirt, and tape had caused the picture to rip and fade unevenly.
